It’s always nice to see some of your works published in print media whether big or small. On today’s issue of Manila Bulletin TRAVEL, they have a feature on Travel Photography 101. They got to interview the likes of George Tapan, Ronald Jayme, as well as Photobloggers like Anton, Eric, Markku and me as well. It also has a solo feature on Ivan Henares and other interesting article. It’s a pretty nice issue. Here, I’m sharing the tips I wrote there on taking Travel Photos.

Climbing Mount Daguldol with Columbia Sportswear
At the camp, we get to pitch our tents. The Columbia Dome tent is actually very nice. It has 2 doors, one on each side and very spacious iteriors with a hanging compartment at the ceiling and can room 3 medium sized persons. Early morning, it actually rained more but we were still dry inside the tents. At camp we get to eat some pasta, toasted breads and baguettes prepared by the Columbia folks. We get to share some stories as well with the other bloggers. The next day, we had some clearing and we get to do a summit. This is actually the 3rd time I visited this mountain and it’s the first time I did a summit. Maybe because I knew the summit here wasn’t that spectacular as the other Batangas mountains.

Cosmo’s World and 8 random facts
Got a quick fun post here to answer a pending meme and still feature another travel attraction. I know it should be raining a lot these days but it isn’t. Aside from the afternoon short burst of rains, water levels are still at critical level and the morning to afternoon heat is just unbearable nowadays. That’s why browsing through some photos of my recent trip to Kuala Lumpur, I saw some pictures of Cosmo’s World Theme Park. It’s is dubbed as the largest indoor amusement park in th world. Boy wouldn’t it be great if we have one here? A park with controlled air con temperature and no worries about the rain?
