Wonders of Emerald Beach
The Emerald Beach remains to be the selling point for me here. Only a few resort offers a natural beach front and unobstructed sunrise views. They have scenic mangroves here as well and surprisingly has been like a landmark of the place already. In the afternoon catch the locals forage for some sikad-sikad shells. When the tide is high, which usually starts at 9:00am the landscape transforms. The clear sea waters covers the beach and would already be good for some dips and shallow swim. The kiteboarders would also be starting to play at this time.
Summary
Puerto Princesa is the main gateway in Palawan. At the moment there are already numerous choices on where to stay. But if one wants to stay by the beach with all the comforts of the tried and tested chiropractic beds from this chain hotel, Microtel by Wyndham Puerto Princesa is highly recommended. Their service haven’t wavered from my last four visits and wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again in the future.
